Happy Mother's Day!

Today is a special day when we celebrate our mother's.   These wonderful women come in all shapes and sizes, and if we are lucky we have a fantastic person in our lives to look after and care for us.

My sister, brother and I were lucky to have a mother who really loved us.  She was always there to listen to us and support us.  Mom was special because she always encouraged us to spread our wings and try anything we wanted to do.

Not everyone has a terrific mother, but maybe that mother is doing the best they can, and for that they should be given kudos for doing what they can.

My mother passed away in April 4, 1998, and I still miss her.  For all you mother's, I'm offering a digital copy of my book, The Catalyst.  All you have to do is leave a comment telling me how many children you have.

Blurb:

Dark revelations and secret love lead to personal resurrection.

Carolyn Madison didn't kill her husband but didn't mourn him either. The rapist deserved to die, or at least she thought so. Beneath a myriad of family secrets, Carolyn drags the skeletons out of the closet and in the arms of her true love, learns to love again.

Walt Tollhouse has pined for Carolyn since she was a shy seventeen-year-old. Little did he know Robert Dubois would steal her away, and then destroy the beautiful spirit he still loved. Beneath the guise of clean-up man, the martial arts instructor never pushes his battered love but gives her silent support she deserves.

Happy Mother's Day to all those special ladies out there.

Sandy

Happy Mother's Day to you, Sandy! Hope it's a great one. I enjoyed a nice dinner with my mom, dad, sister and BIL, and my two youngest kids on Sat. It was great!

I have 3 children: 18, 10,8. And I already have your book, too! :)

I understand how you feel, K.T. It used to make me mad when the commercials started about mother's day.

Thank you, Stacey. Have a great day.

Happy Mother's Day, Sandy. My mom passed away 26 years ago, just a month after Mother's Day. So glad I sent her a big bunch of flowers that last Mother's Day. I have two boys, 14 and 16, and being a mom is the best!

Laura, I'm so sorry for your loss. It never gets easier. I'm glad you have your daughter.

Thank you, Linda, for saying such nice things about my book. I hope you had a great mother's day.

Carol, your mother must've died young and you were too. It's difficult to lose someone so important in our lives. Glad you have those boys to keep you busy though. Grin!

Marianne, you're one lucky lady to have your mother and mother-in-law at those ages. I hope your day was wonderful.

Laura, you are the winner of The Catalyst. I'm sorry it took me so long, but I've been working on my website and forgot.
