Review of Cattitude by Edie Ramer

Hi Everyone,

I stayed up late tonight because I was reading Cattitude. This is a fun, cute story with just the right amount of suspense in it. Where else could you read about a woman and a cat changing bodies. lol It has many surprising twists to them, and Edie does a good job with her characters.

There were a few things I found wrong like the names of a couple of characters were switched a couple of times, but I still knew who the characters were, so I didn't stop reading. Some missed words and a couple of times where a word shouldn't have been there, but none of these things made me stop reading.

All in all, Cattitude is a good story, and I would recommend it because it made me want to keep turning the pages. This author is only going to get better. She writes with passion.

Sandy, thanks for the great review! I had 6 beta readers and 2 CPs for the book, and it's amazing how many errors I and they missed. I'm wondering when you bought the book, because I did make changes, I think in late Nov. or early Dec.

Edie, I really can't remember. I will say that the errors didn't detract me from reading to the end.

Hi Sandy and Edie,

Thanks Sandy for posting this. I meant to pick up Edie's book earlier and this was what I needed to remind me to do that. I just downloaded.

Thanks,
CC

Edie is a brilliant writer and Catitude is such fun! I've enjoyed her work since she was one of the last writers standing for the American Title contest.

Sandy, so glad you enjoyed Edie's book. I read it a couple months ago and seriously enjoyed it. I thought she captured the feline personality trapped in human form beautifully. I told her I was amazed that she'd pulled off a Little Mermaid style story--where the heroine is completely out of her element and unable to explain to anyone AND must make a decision about whether to adapt to this new world and go back to her old one. For anyone who's ever loved a cat, THIS is an excellent read!

Mia, I agree with you about Edie's writing. She writes with such passion that I couldn't stop reading. I had to find out the end.

Amy, I agree about her two main female characters, Belle and Sorcha. They had such horrible decisions to make and that decision is what kept me reading. There wasn't a single character I didn't feel for except for the villain. Gwen, the little girl, I wanted to hold her so bad.

Hales, you wouldn't be disappointed if you read this book.
