Pumpkin Bread

Hi Everyone,

My blog is going to be short and sweet because all I have for you today is a pumpkin bread recipe that I just love.

Pumpkin Bread
3 1/2 cups flour 3 cups sugar
3 t soda 1 cup crisco oil
1 1/2 t salt 4 eggs
1 t cinnamon 1/3 cup water
1 t nutmeg 1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
1 t ginger 2 t vanilla
1 t cloves 1 cup black walnuts
Use 3 1 pd. orange or coffee cans, grease and fill half full. Makes three loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. I have also used bread pans for cooking.

I have a recipe for Hobo Bread that you bake in cans and it turns out great. Thanks for another recipe I can do.
